Working alongside many reputable suppliers and showcasing a vast range of design options within our showroom, clients are provided with an informative and enjoyable experience with each project.

Brand-new machinery both in Interiors & Stone enables us to tailor a client’s concept and needs efficiently in-house.

Evolve Interiors was established in Victoria. We are situated in Kyneton and operate state wide.

Evolve services residential, commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. We also specialise in the custom manufacturing of architectural joinery and stone specifically dedicated to the designs by architects and interior designers.

Our team of skilled tradesmen have between them vast experience. An integral part of our group also supports and encourages training apprentices.

  • Beau Redpath

    General Manager

    Beau Redpath is the General Manager of Evolve Group, leading both Evolve Interiors and Evolve Stone with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and building teams that deliver exceptional outcomes.

     Beau’s career began with a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship, earning trade certifications in both cabinet making and carpentry. Over 15 years, he honed his craft in the high-end residential sector, where he developed a deep appreciation for quality, detail, and client satisfaction. His drive to broaden his expertise led him to complete a degree in project management, opening the door to new challenges in large-scale construction.

     For six years, Beau held senior management roles overseeing complex site operations and leading teams to deliver major projects on time and to the highest standards. His leadership during this period strengthened his ability to balance operational demands with team development, ensuring successful outcomes across diverse and challenging environments.

    Returning to Melbourne, he continued his leadership journey as a senior site manager, contributing to some of the largest landmark commercial infrastructure projects across Victoria.

  • Andy Joachim

    Joinery Director

    Andy Joachim’s journey with Evolve Interiors began on the very first day of his apprenticeship, as one of the initial apprentices at Evolve Joinery. From those early days on the tools, Andy has grown alongside the business, gaining hands-on experience and invaluable knowledge across numerous roles including Leading Hand, Factory Manager, and Design Manager.

     Now serving as Joinery Director, Andy combines his technical expertise with a genuine passion for design and craftsmanship. He is highly regarded for his ability to workshop ideas with clients, designers, and project teams — ensuring concepts not only meet expectations but are elevated through innovation, practicality, and attention to detail.

     Andy thrives on collaboration, believing that the best outcomes are achieved when every project is treated as a partnership. His open approach and deep product knowledge empower clients to feel part of the process, while his leadership ensures ideas are transformed into high-quality, functional, and beautifully crafted results.

  • Mya Hamilton

    Design & Showroom Consultant

    With over 10 years of experience in the interior design industry, Mya Hamilton brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to her role as Design and Showroom Consultant at Evolve Group (Evolve Interiors and Evolve Stone). Having studied Interior Design, Mya has developed a proven ability to design functional and aesthetically refined spaces that reflect each client’s unique needs and vision.

    Her work spans every stage of the design process, from space planning and layout development to material selection and sourcing, always with careful consideration of budget, functionality, and style. Mya’s passion lies in helping clients transform their ideas into beautifully executed spaces, whether through tailored interior solutions or curated showroom experiences.

    Collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-focused, Mya continues to guide projects that strike the perfect balance between practicality and design innovation.

    Stone Director

    Sean Young serves as Stone Director at Evolve Stone, where his expertise and vision have helped shape the company from its inception into the innovative leader it is today. Before joining the founding team at Evolve Stone, Sean built a career in topography, surveying the mountains of Pakistan and the Middle East—an experience that honed both his precision and his appreciation for natural landscapes.

    Bringing that same meticulous eye to stone design and manufacturing, Sean ensures every piece is crafted to flow seamlessly into the next. His deep understanding of how stone should be cut, shaped, and installed has been instrumental in defining the standard of excellence that Evolve Stone is known for. Passionate about both craft and innovation, Sean continues to guide the company’s mission of reimagining what’s possible in stone.
